BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that it is acknowledged that the multi-family housing development to be known as Stringer's Ridge Apartments proposed by The Marlow Company, Developer, and North Chattanooga Housing Partners I, L.P., applicant for low income housing tax credits from the Tennessee Housing Development Agency, will provide affordable housing. The proposed development will be comprised of 40 units and is to be located within the City of Chattanooga within the block of Snow Street, Bell Avenue, Merriam Street, and Chambliss Avenue, from Tax Map No. 135C F.
